Returns

Whether it’s the wrong size, faulty, or you just don’t like it, returning an item is easy and we can exchange or refund you. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and in original condition (tried on of course, but not worn or washed and with tags still intact). Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is still in its original position.

  • Fill in the Returns Form that you can download here (print the document and include your order number on the form).
  • Slip the item(s) and Return Form back into the original packaging (less plastic waste).
  • Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Ensure you have a tracking number if returning an item to us.    

  • Refunds are applicable to full price items only and will be processed in the same payment method as the purchase within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the garment. Product must be in resalable condition. If items purchased are at final prices, they can not be exchanged or returned. Items sent back will not be returned to you.

Swimwear returns

  • Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is still in its original position.

Sale Events and returns

  • Our 2024 Black Friday sale is a final price sale and items can not be returned or exchanged.

Purchased during a sale or an item on sale?

There is no refund for items purchased on sale or during a sale event. If you wish to exchange an item purchased on sale you must include a pre-paid satchel in with the item you are returning.  If your requested item is out of stock, you will be issued with a gift card to the value of the items purchased.

Can any item be returned?

Yes, provided:

It’s returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note 2024 Black Friday purchases are final prices and can not be exchanged or returned.

It’s in its original condition with all the tags still attached (tried on of course, but not worn, soiled, fragranced or washed).

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is still in its original position.

Water bottles, socks and towels cannot be returned for hygiene reason
